1. I upgraded to Samsung S3 in April 2013. It is now November and I am still paying for Blackberry Bis. AND I log a complaint on 5 November and I phoned 2x already to hear the outcome and they just tells me that there is not a outcome yet and that I must phone the next and and the next day and that is how it is going on now from Friday. REF no : 105799142. MTN. I am disappointed. Is it how you treat your customers. I will really want to hear your side of the story.
