Lame excuse on incorrect billing

I upgraded my contract in July 2013 from a blackberry to samsung. With such an upgrade it is assumed that i will no longer require the BIS service which is intended for BLACKBERRY use!! When I queried why i was still being charged for the BIS service i was informed that they need my consent to cancel the BIS service. I think this is a very sneaky way of MTN charging you for nothing as they know very well that with this sort of an upgrade you will not be using the BIS service.

My consent was given when i upgraded away from blackberry to samsung! Why would i want to continue paying for BIS when i no longer have a blackberry.

Very disappointed with this sneaky approach by MTN charging me for a service i clearly will not use (AS I NO LONGER HAVE A BLACKBERRY) query number 103630283
