I upgraded my contract 4 months ago, from a Blackberry to a Samsung mobile device.
When I upgraded I requested that the Blackberry BIS be removed from my account, I was assured this would be done. 2 months later I went back into the branch to request the Blackberry BIS be removed, I filled in a form and signed it and was assured again that it will be removed. 2 months later and I am still paying for Blackberry BIS even though I have not had a Blackberry for 4 months. I am paying R59 a month for nothing. Can someone there please do their job properly and remove BIS from my account and re-fund me for the 4 months that I have been paying for a service which I no longer use.
