Billed Incorrectly after upgrade

Hi,
In December I upgraded from a Blackberry Torch to a Samsung Galaxy S3. I asked how much the phone would cost monthly and if there would be any hidden costs that would be included. I was told that it would only cost R399 a month. So i went ahead with it.

While Jessica was busy setting up for the new contract and for the Samsung micro sim to get my number, I lost signal on my blackberry. She said that the sim in there will no longer work. So no more Blackberry and hello Samsung right? Wrong!! Apparently for the last 2 months I have been billed an extra R59 because "I" did not tell them to cancel my BIS. How do I cancel BIS when I have now upgraded to a Samsung and been told that the sim in my Blackberry would no longer work? When i was at the branch today, The gentleman assisting me said that there was nothing he can do about it. So i was charge R118 extra for someone's mistake. I asked would a refund be possible and he said no. so i asked about a data bundle to the value of R118, he said he would log a query but he doesn't think i will get it. I am a fan of MTN, but this is not fair.

So what now MTN? Since i was being overcharged, do i get a refund or a data bundle?
