Shocking service!!!

8 weeks plus nightmare!!! A number of applications submitted by the branch, service declined, unable to get a reason. 8ta claims Trans-Union declined my application, Trans-Union advises that my credit record is OK and they do not decline clients. 8ta does not advise why they declined my application and advises that the back office makes the decision. There is NO way that you can speak to anyone in the back office or anyone that can assist you. The branch is unable to and hands you over to customer care, customer care has no ability to resolve anything and transfers you to sales, sales is unable to assist and transfers you to credit verification that blames Trans-Union and when questioned they refer to the back office that makes the decisions who will only respond to an email, and they have not responded to my email. I am financialy sound and at the age of 56 I am starting my retirement and you are treating me like a person that has just started his working carrier. You guys operate like a bunch of amateur's and are totally hopeless.
I went to Vodacom and within 30 minutes I signed up 2 contracts (For my wife and I.) and walked out with a smile.
