Refuse to refund over billing

At the end of November I cancelled my MTN contract, this was done on the very last day of my contract.
And at the beginning of December what I thought was my final debit order charge went off. Then again in the beginning of January I was charged again. After checking my records I discovered I've been charged for 25 months, and when I pointed this out to MTN they insist this is correct.
I find it unacceptable that I've paid 25 month on a 24 month contract and although MTN reply after 2 days, they repeat that this is how it should be.
I am hoping MTN will return the money they from me, and hope anyone reading this will take warning again this provider.
