In November 2013 I upgraded my phone from a Blackberry to a Samsung S3 mini at the Hillcrest branch. I then noticed in December that I was being overcharged. I went in to the branch in January and was told that when they had upgraded my phone they had not disconnected the Blackberry Internet service so I was still paying for that and itemised billing. So I was paying about R80 a month more than I should have been. They assured me that the correction was made on the system and when I asked to be refunded for the 2 months they said it couldn't be done. I have had a payment notification since then and the incorrect amount is still being debited. I also requested to sent my invoice via email and have not yet received these, nor any paper invoices.
