I had two contracts with Vodacom which I settled in Jan 2012 but was stilled billed for the accounts in Jan 2013 after not receiving any calls from them, invoices etc.. I then called on the 29/01/2013 and spoke to someone who advised me to fax proof of payment to (0115468006). I then called back on the 30th Jan to check if they received the fax and they said it would take 2 days. It's the 05/02/2013 and I still have not received any calls from them. I decided to call them and was advised to email the documents as they might get lost via fax. This is unexcitable and is no way to treat clients. I have been transferred from one department to another and have to tell my story every time I'm transferred.
