TERRIBLE REPAIR QUALITY AND AFTER SALES SERVICE

My 7 month old Black Bold 9900 recently packed up on me. The screen just simply went Blank on the 24th of December.
I handed the phone into MTN Pavilion on the 27th of December 2012 and was told that the repair would take up 2 weeks due to the holidays, which I understood perfectly.

It was going on to 2.5 half weeks when I decided to call the HVRC Centre on the 14th of January myself to find out where my phone was, they told me that the phone had been sent back to Pavilion on the 9th of January... NOBODY FROM PAVILION GAVE ME A CALL TO LET ME KNOW THIS.

I collected my phone on the 14th only to discover that the phone intermittently restarted on its own. I called the HVRC Centre to find out why this was happening as this was suppose to have been a new/refurbished unit.
Priscilla advised me that I book the phone in at Pavilion again, she would mark it as 'priority' so I would not have to wait another 2.5 weeks as this was becoming an a major inconvenience now.
It has been 2 weeks to date now and the phone is still at HVRC Durban 'currently being assessed by a technician' and nobody can tell me what is going on.
This is extremely pathetic after sales service and a terrible repair!
