Pathetic and completely Unethical level of Service

Vodacom,

I received two "warning" letters from Vodacom threatening to hand my account over to their Legal Department should my outstanding balance of R0.00 not be settled within 21 days. This account was cancelled in May and transferred to a Prepaid Numebr at Vodacom in Canal Walk!! I immediately contacted their customer care centre and was transferred from agent to agent. I spoke to Megan at the CC who then transferred me to Tesmay in their Accounts as well as Tebogo in the Pre-Legal Department who each confirmed that my account balance of R0.00 was the reason for the letters being sent. Tebogo was totally unhelpful and immediately transferred me through to their legal Department claiming only they can help, as expected this transfer did not happen and the line was cut! I call back and spoke to Lungile who advised that she can ONLY request that Vodacom Admin supply me with a letter stating that this imaginary outstanding balance had been settled!

This is Highly UNETHICAL!

I am still waiting to be contacted by a Manager at the Vodacom Customer Care Centre!!
