I went to Cradlestone Vodacom to upgrade my 4 contracts. Wanted to upgrade to iphone 5S but they could only offer 16GB and want minimum of 32GB. Advised Vodacom that I could get the iphone 5S 32GB from their competition and I was advised to bring written proof of this and that Vodacom would do a DEAL MATCH

Took proof of iphone 5S deals from MTM to Vodacom Cradlestone. They emailed Vodacom and said that I would have a reply within 48 hours. (SOPHIA MABOE)

Went to Vodacom Cradlestone again and all they said is that they are still waiting and might hear back on Thursday 2 Jan 2014
I FIND THIS UNACCEPTABLE. DO I NEED TO MOVE MY CONTRACTS (X 6) TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER OR WILL SOMEONE FROM VODACOM TAKE CARE OF THIS CLIENT WHO HAS BEEN LOYAL FOR 18 YEARS
