FOR THE PAST YEAR OR MORE I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY CELL PHONE. I WENT IN TO THE SHOP AT ILANGA MALL IN NELSPRUIT RIGHT AFTER IT STARTED, AND THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO GO TO THEIR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT TO BOOK IN MY PHONE. APPARENTLY THEY COULD HAVE DONE IT. AFTER ALL WHY IS THERE A SHOP THAT IS EASY TO ACCESS IF THERE IS NO SERVICE. I CAN NOT GET TO THEIR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT, SO FOR THE PAST HOW MANY MONTHS I COULD NOT USE THE FULL FUNCTION OF MY PHONE. FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF MONTHS I RECEIVE MY AIRTIME AND THE MY AIRTIME DISAPPEARS BY THE 2ND OR 3RD OF EACH MONTH WITHOUT ME ACTUALLY USING IT. I PHONED 111 TO QUERY THIS AND THEY SAID THEY CAN SEE THAT IT DISAPPEARS BUT I HAVE TO TALK TO A BLACKBERRY CONSULTANT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. ALL THE BLACKBERRY CONSULTANT DID WAS TO PUT OF MY INTERNET. THEN I PHONED RIVERSIDE MALL VODACOM SHOP AND ASKED THEM TO CHECK WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY ACCOUNT. THEY SAID I HAVE TO PHONE 111. NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP ME, AND DUE TO THAT I CANDLED MY CONTRACT WITH VODACOM. IT IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR EVEN TRY AND HELP SORT OUT MY PROBLEM. USELESS IS ALL I CAN SAY. WHAT A WAIST OF MY MONEY!!!
