CellC doesn't need more business

CellC Cresta has been so vigilant by calling me and confirming that we are liable for upgrades. Seeing that we were impressed with our current bundle with RedBull Mobile, we decided to upgrade to the same package. We confirmed by checking it still being on offer through the CellC website. Great news for us, right? Wrong!

29 Jan 2013 - we went to the CellC Cresta store only to be told that we should've given them 3-4 days notice for them to get stock in first. We left the store waiting in anticipation for feedback. It is now the 4 Feb 2013 and being the proactive party we followed up instead. CellC must be inundated with requests joining their huge network that they must be fighting off the demand. My wife goes to the store around Monday midday only to be said that she'll be contacted shortly.

Should a consultant return your request by saying that they couldn't call last week because they had some family drama for 2 days?

Ok, what about our upgrade? We were informed that RedBull contracts are no longer available and that's that, no other effort to assist us in our upgrade or other options. Clearly CellC doesn't need further business from Joe Public anymore.
