Blackberry - not happy with product

From day 1 my blackberry' software do not function proper or at all. Within the first 2 months I got the phone it was send back to vodacom Gauteng. Since receiving it back I have to take it back to a vodacom shop for reloading AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH, and it cost me every time between R90 -R150. As of Saturday afternoon the software do not work at all. When I took out the battery for rebooting - the cell do not reboot. On Sunday I had to drive 80km to Worcester (nearest voda shop for help). They could not help me and they had to send the cell away to vodacom Gauteng again. I am paying for a service at Vodacom and must pay in for all the extra work done on my cell transport. Can you please sort out my problem. My husband is working out side the RSA borders and I need my cell for communication. (I gave in the cell at Worcester mall - vodacom shop)
