I have been having this problem for a few weeks and it just seems to be getting worse.
the blackberry logo disappears and i m only left with 3G logo therefore data usage is taken from my airtime.
i ve had R60 airtime for calls and when i check again its R7 which is madness!
i m paying for my BIS and i m not getting the service that a paying for and now on top of the my airtime is being used.
and now with no airtime i have no internet, i have to keep resetting my phone to get the bb logo to appear which only lasts few seconds and then goes away. this phone is completely useless to me with out the internet. my emails, whatsapp, and bbm messeges take minutes and maybe even hours before they go through. and last year i had slow internet with 3G and i didn't complain has i thought everyone had the problem. but now this is crazy
i do not want to have to phone a call centre where i ll be asked questions and sent from here to there to fix a problem that shouldn't be happening.
i have been with cell since 2005 and i haven't had any problems until now
so please fix this before i ll be force to cancel my contract and move to another network.
