3 Weeks and still no luck!!!

Three weeks ago i picked up my HTC one x from Midlands Mall Vodacom. The phone is supposed to come with a set of Big Beats in-ear phones. I was not given the headphones and when i asked where they where i was told that the stock person forgot to order it, but they have put it on order and it should be here the next week and i would be called with whats going on.

I waited, no call was made. Last week Thursday i went to the store again and they took my number and said they would follow up and call me that day to let me know. No one called. i had to call this Monday and again i was given the excuse it didnt arrive. I left my number again and was told they would call my later on Monday to tell me when to pick it up... it is now Tuesday evening and no call.
This stinking attitude of not caring whether the customer has recieved thier complete product!! I cannot listen to proper music on the phone because of the design of the phone. It requires the headphones to activate the big beat software on it so it doesn't sound like a 2watt bust speaker.
i should have just gone to another service provider. I would have definitely gotten better service.
I would like some action take
