Blackberry and Vodacom poor service

I renewed my contract with Vodacom a year ago and upgraded from a Nokia to a Blackberry. Since I got the new phone, it has been repaired 3 times with the same problem. Now it gives me charging problems and after a year I can still not use the internet or other services. When I take it back to the Vodacom shop they can never help me with a loan phone and I must always wait. I insisted on a new phone and the awnswer is always - we must send it in for repairs, sorry no loan phone.
I feel like stop paying the monthly contract and throwing the phone into their shop. And if either dare take legal action I will be ready for them. Oh and don't try and get help from Blackberry, they just pass the buck back to Vodacom.
