2 WEEKS AND STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!

On 3 August 2013, my Blacberry somehow managed to wipe everything from my phone, without my permission. Ever since the "wipe" I have been charged for going on the internet. Once I've realized that my airtime was being deducted whenever I go on the internet, even though my BIS service is activated, I contacted Vodacom. The Blackberry Department assisted me on more than 10 occasions already. Every consultant gave me DIFFERENT instructions with regard to the settings on my phone. One consultant even told me that they have always charged customers from their airtime when they go on the internet, when I told her this is utter nonsense as I have been a Blackberry customer for the past 5 years, she hung up. Since Saturday I am unable to go on the internet at all. I've requested the Blackberry technical team to contact me, which they have not done yet. I am very disgusted that I've received such horrendous service and that the problem has still, AFTER 2 WEEKS, not been resolved. How many times must I contact Vodacom?!
