Its been 2 months since i logged this and still havent recieved any feedback from MTN.
I have been contacting MTN Service provide Callcentre and the MTN Morningside branch to obtain my last upgrade dates and signed documents but every time i call i'm either told they cant help or someone will get back to me.
Callcentre agents are extremly rude and keep on passing me between departments and eventually just hang up on me.
All i want to know is when i did my last upgrade and i want to see the signed upgrade documents.
