Bad service

I applied for a laptop deal and from day one one I received bad service. First they did not tell me to send 3 months bank statements or a copy of my I'd! After e-mailing mtn I was told to send a statement. Now ater receiving the laptop the sim is not activated. After phoning them twice today I get different advice!!! And I am still waiting!!! Sim card still not working
