On Mondsy 18/12/2023, I was at the store, bought some goodsand went to pay. The cashier told me that I had entered my pin number wrongly. She re-set the machine, told me to rnter my pin, and all went well. When I got into my car, my debit card was missing. I went back to her to check if I didn, t leave it there, and she said no. Ssme afternoon, about 22 transactions were nade from my card, to a
tune if about R5000. Three floor managers were notified, not a single call from them to show support, no mention of footage details, lastly, no-one viewed ths bank statement I was gaving with me, to see where and whenthe transactions were made. Very much unhappy and feel let down by this service. I am a regular customer there, because if my favourite grilled turkey wings. I doubt if I, ll ever go there again as I felt nobody cared.
