Cell C was overcharging me for months on end, when they finally stopped overcharging, they neglected to re-imburse me. Then this month not only was I overcharged, but I was debited more than DOUBLE my monthly amount. I then e-mailed customer services (seeing as my previous contact to the call centre got me NOWHERE) and I have heard no response whatsoever! Terrible service, ignoring their customers and their money! Pathetic!
