NO Choice but to take MTN to Ombudsman NOW

MY last compliant was basically ignored. I received no feedback. Now this month I'm billed R479 when I agreed to R429. If MTN doesn't respond favourably again and put in place corrective measures. I'll be seeking action from the Ombudsman & following the guidelines of the CPA.

LAST COMPLIANT:
I just got my statement and I'm really confused. Number 1: I agreed to an MTN Anytime 200 contract that would cost R429 p/m and now I'm getting a statement for R583.99?? I see there's an Upgrade Charge, the consultant who phoned me never mentioned an upgrade charge at all!! Just said free sim & connection and free delivery and that I'll be billed the following month! I'm not paying an upgrade charge that I wasn't informed about nor expected! Please clarify that my contract is still costs R429 as agreed with the consultant on the phone!
