Our email send function was blocked without warning, explanation, or apology. We had Wi-Fi issues the day before, so when our emails did not send this morning, we thought something was wrong with @lantic. After spending the whole day receiving errors every time we tried to contact our clients or send proofs of payment, and trying to confirm travel arrangements, we finally got hold of @lantic after several attempts.
The first agent assumed we were guilty of using a swear word in an outgoing email, which was totally incorrect. The second agent was very friendly and explained that the block could be due to a group of letters in an email, link, or signature. I have looked through the email that was linked to the time it was sent, but it is a municipal statement that I received from my wife, which she forwarded to me. This is not acceptable.
We have been trying to get it sorted out tonight so that we can catch up on our work, but we still cannot send any emails. We were told it should be cleared within 30 minutes to an hour. Please sort this out urgently!
