I am unable to utilize a paid top up voucher, Why???
Despite having asked on numerous occasions for this to be rectified.
Despite having been told that Neotel had a "technical" problem over the xmas period and
Despite having received an email confirming that their technical problem has been resolved and to reload the voucher.
I am still sitting with an unusable voucher since 24th December 2013.
I really feel that Neotel has Zero respect for and/or interest in their customers
