HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO RECHARGE USING A VOUCHER BOUGHT FOR OVER A MONTH ALREADY. I HAVE CALLED THE CALL CENTER WELL OVER 20 TIMES ALREADY, THEN HOLD ON FOR OVER 15 TO 30 MINUTES EACH TIME, ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY ARE ESCALATING THIS MATTER TO THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT. NOTHING IS EVER DONE BEYOND THIS TO HELP ME OR TO RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT. TELKOM IS SO MUCH BETTER WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE DELIVERY!!! NEOTEL HAS PROVED TO BE A PATHETIC NETWORK!!!
