NEOTEL VOUCHER ERROR - CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE

I purchased two neotel prepaid vouchers this am from the freshstop in bosmansdam road.
i tried putting both vouchers in my phone they phone say error has occurred when putting the voucher number in.
i emailed neotel, no answer. i called, waited more than 30 mins and go no help, i facebook'd the neotel fan page and got no response.. IS THIS SERVICE???
I cannot get hold of ANYONE and get no form of response.

WHAT NOW???
I need to make urgent calls and cannot have this!!!
