Still no service from Neotel

Thanks Neotel for you reply.
Alas again, no chance of getting my mothers airtime loaded for her.
I tried again last night called the call centre and again was told that the airtime system in down
I must try again three times to load the airtime then call Neotel to check if the voucher loaded.
And of course their reply was that no it is not loaded!...What a joke!
I am also told that there is no way they can load it for me.
What type of business does not have a back end system to support these types of technical problems!
Please dont call me if you dont have a solution for me.
Rather provide all your customers with specific response and explain if the problem is going to be fixed and provide an exact time frame.
If not then we as customers can make arrangements with other networks and get connected again
