Prepaid voucher entered not reflecting on phone

I bought a Neotel device Saterday 16 Feb, and after spending much time on the phone with the call centre i have finaly got them to sort out the correct phone number for the hand set. I have entered ta R 200 voucher into the phone only to have the balance reflecting as R6.49. I again called the call center only to be told that my nimber was again wrong and that the voucher reflects on the number 0218203780, and the nimber that was allocated to my phone was 0218207380, this was eventualy rectified and the number was eventuly corrected (thank you Stevan). My number is now correct but the balance still does not reflect the R 200 that was entered through the voucher. i have spoken to the customer center staff who said that they would look into the mater and come back to me. No luck yet
