Neotel consultant advised me that my device n sim was converted to prepaid and after making me purchase and use a R500 voucher they now tell me that its not on prepaid and that I cant get my money back.
Please people be very careful about taking any neotel packages.
They are thieving deceitful business and they will not think twice to to you and take your money but they will never refund or pay back what they have taken.
They have robbed me for hundreds last year and the problem is still ongoing.
Do not buy anything neotel offers. Other networks offer better deals with proper service and by the law unlike neotel.
