Misleading communication

Customer services (sales) promised me that the 24 gig voucher for a dongle was available at partners in Durban but could not say definitely where. I tried several places but they did not have it. They said Neotel had promised them the voucher by the beginning of June. This is very poor communication with customers and neotel partners.
