Our Telkom Lines went down on 10/01/2014.
The fault was reported on line via I-Pad. Reference number 34CRK110114.
Although we continue to call on a daily basis to determine the status of the fault, via cellphone which is very expensive because one waits as much as 15 minutes for a consultant to pick up, every time we get the same response - that the technician has been assigned to resolve the problem.
To date no action has been forthcoming.
When the fault is checked on line the last update was on 17/01/2014.
The fault was "escalated" ref 32395 still no change.
Will Telkom be prepared to reimburse us for lost business - I think not.
Service delivery is shoddy to put it mildly.
No definite responses are forthcoming. Where do we turn to?
This is what happens when there is a monopoly.
This is a business line and without the line being available we cannot do business
