I got a neotel phone as i didn't want to apply for Telkom as my offices are temp for now
They told me the signal is great here. I cannot make 1 call without it dropping the call
the quality of the call is rubbish. I recently purchased a voucher 2 top up. I follow the prompts
to topup the call time and it tells me invalid voucher number. When I call the customer care the lady tells
me the voucher reflect on her side but she cannot top up for me i must sms the voucher pin number
to neotel. I ask her how do I do that, she doesn't know she will transfer me technical
I have had neotel for a couple of months and if I had a choice I would rather go telkom
