I have been trying to load airtime to my Neotel phones since 4 January. I get a message to say that the voucher is not valid. I have phoned the Neotel Customer Care number (242) many times only to be told that my vouchers are indeed active and there is nothing that can be done for me, as they are unable to load airtime for me from their side due to technicians still working on the problem. They are unable to give me any indication as to how long it will take to sort the problem out. The Neotel website has no mention of any issues with systems or problems with loading pre-paid vouchers. I am trying to use these phones for my business.
Should I dump my Neotel phones and approach Telkom?
