After shocking service at vodacom sandon city I took a dropped phone to vodaworld. On 3 Jan it was sent for advanced repair. On 9 Jan it was sent back to vodaworld and i was told by phone that water damage is not covered by the warrantee. I told them that I dropped the phone and they must show me the water damage. That Friday I went in and they didn't have the phone. The call centre has yet to answer or call me back after 3 consecutive days attempts. As far as I'm concerned this is
