I'm utterly revolted at the heightened and sub-standard service delivery levels from Vodacom. Firstly I get a phone call that my phone is ready for collection (Job #: 9488179). On arrival at the Vodaworld Customer Care/Repair centre I'm told that my phone is available, however its' battery has been left @ the Advanced Repair Centre. I subsequently receive another call informing me that my phone does not charge, and it's AGAIN being sent to the Advanced Repair Centre (with a new Job #: 9539331), and will take an additional 7 working days.
Has the phone been repaired at all? Was it not tested prior to being sent back for collection? How did it get to Vodaworld without a battery? What is the TRUTH VODACOM??? 18 DAYS LATER, I'M STILL WITHOUT A PHONE I PAY FOR.
Vodacom employing their customary INSINCERE, DEVIOUS AND CONNIVING tactics and fables YET AGAIN. YOU DISGUST ME!
