On the 31st of May, my screen went blank on my S III handset. I booked it in at the Meyersdal Vodacom Shop - and they duly sent it off for repairs. Today, the 28th June, I had to call the same outlet for an update on what was happening with the repair. They then told me that the repair guys "won't fix it, due to the fact that there is water damage" - I cannot believe that this is the case - I have NEVER dropped anything on my phone, it is never in the bathroom - there is NO way that the phone can be water damage. Either the phone must be fixed, or, the contract must be cancelled with no further obligation from me!!! I expect that a senior technician to call me and even to come and see me to show me where the water damage is - this is NOT acceptable!
