I am a pesioner and have a blackberry on contract for R371 pm at vodacom. The scrole button wasn't working so I handed it in at Vodacom Towers. They then told me the phone had water damage and it would be R560 to repair. I then told them the fone was under warenty and the sent it to Vodaworld. After about a month I got the phone back. They told me it was fixed. When I set up the phone the scrole button was still not working. So the phone is back at Vodacom again. They keep on insisting it is water damage, the phone is ringing and displaying correct, I just can't scrolle that doesn't want to scroll. I'm paying my phone that I can't use, that is in for repairs more tha I have it every month and now I'm getting this terrible service. My daughter has a contract at mtn and they replaced her blackberry when it was broken. I feel like cancelling my contract with vodacom.
