I bought a Blackberry on contract with Vodacom and within less than 22 days some of the buttons stopped working. Now they are telling me the phone has water damage. I know for a fact that I NEVER dropped any water on my phone. Now I have to buy a brand new phone AND pay for the phone they gave me on the contract. They gave me a broken phone. I never dropped the phone or exposed it to water. Now they want to send me photos of water damage, they can save themselves the trouble of spitting on the phone. I know I didn't expose it to water. I wouldn't mind paying if I actually damaged the phone, but this is. My entire family is done with Vodacom as soon as our contracts expire. I should have listened to so many people who warned me of their bad service. Just a pity I am going to have to pay for a contract and phone that I can't use for the next 24 months since it is a brand new contract.
