Blackberry 9320 keeps on rebooting

I got blackberr9320 January 2013 contract i was due for upgrade. In October i started to experience a problem with the handset as started to reboot itself 4 to 6 times a day. I took the phone to vodacom repair centre for repair, the following day i received a call from them and they said that the phone needs a software upgrade and they would also need to replace the the phone cover for full repair at a cost of almost R850 paid. NB! NO WATER DAMAGE WAS DETECTED. Thereafter, got back the phone and it was functioning ok for couple of day little did i know that worse was still to come. the phone started to rebooting itself even every 3 minutes. i then took back to vodacom repair centre in pretoria and i was told that they would take to Vodacom advanced repair centre. After almost eleven days, Yesterday they called and said there was a little white staine which seems or appears to be like a water damage. i told the lady that my phone has never been subjected to water damage. she said to me it could be steam. i totally dispute her claim. she further said that i would have to pay R1700 to change the phone.
