I recently upgraded my contract and the incorrect amount of airtime has been loaded onto my phone. Despite numerous phone calls to virgin mobile, and with promises of someone calling me back, NOTHINGS happened! I'm also having problems with this new handset. I cannot call Virgin mobile any longer as I'm put on hold for at least 45 minutes. Their customer service but sadly I'm locked into a 2 year contract. This a the 2nd time I'm having a problem with a new handset. Seems like Virgin mobile keeps defective handsets or I'm just unlucky. Either way, I'm paying for a contract but can't use the phone! GO VIRGIN MOBILE!!! YOU!
