Terrible service, No Customer Care!!!

My account was due for an upgrade in May 2013. I phoned the branch in Hatfield in the middle of April to do the upgrade. After a week I phoned them again to find out what is going on with my upgrade seeing that I have not received any feedback from them! I was told that they are experiencing system problems and that they would phone me back. After that I did not hear anything so I phoned them again and again I got the same answer. Up to today no one phoned me so I phoned the Head Office. I had to hold on for more than an hour being transferred from the one consultant to next one and in between that the receptionist dropped the phone in my ear! No one was able to help me or even tried to help me they all just said I must give them my number and they will come back to me. That was exactly the response I received when I phoned the previous times. This is really the worst ever customer service I have received in my life! It is ridiculous to think that you as the customer must do the follow up work!!! I would never in my life refer any of my friends or family to Virgin Mobile! I am disappointed in Virgin Mobile and their staff...
