RECEIVED PURCHASED A CONTACT AT VODACOM. NATASHA LE ROUX HANDLED THE CONTRACT. NOVEMBER 2013 SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO TRANSFER MY SIM AND TELEPHONE NUMBER FROM ANOTHER CELLPHONE COMPANY. SHE SEND ME A NEW NUMBER AND SIM AND CHARGED ME FOR THAT CONTRACT AND HAD THE MONEY DEDUCTED OF MY BANKING ACCOUNT. I DID NOT WANT IT BECAUSE SHE SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME TO INFORM ME SHE COULD NOT RETRIEVE MY NUMBER. I FOLLOWED IT UP WITH MY OLD CELLPHONE COMPANY AND THEY RELEASED MY NUMBER. NATASHA THEN SAID SHE WOULD ISSUE ME WITH A NEW SIM AND HAD TO REWRITE THE CONTRACT, BUT THAT THE SPECIAL FOR MY PHONE WAS OVER AND I HAD TO PAY THE NEW CONTRACT FEE. SHE THEN AGAIN DEDUCTED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR A NEW CONTRACT OF MY BANKING ACCOUNT. WHY MUST I PAY FOR HER MISTAKES, I WAS WITHOUT A PHONE FOR 3 WEEKS DUE TO HER. SHE WAS IN A RUSH TO GO ON LEAVE. SO SHE COULD NOT CARE WHAT HAPPEND TO HER CUSTOMERS. I THEN DID NOT SIGN THE NEW CONTRACT BECAUSE I WANTED HER TO CONTACT ME, BUT TO NO AVAILE. SHE JUST SENDS ME THREATING MAILS TO LET ME KNOW VODACOM WILL CUT MY PHONE AND I WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE COST. THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE SEEMS TO HAVE A PROBLEM WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC
