Today the 20th August 2013, 09:15am, i phoned the virgin mobile helpdesk to book my phone for repairs. i was answered for a second and put back into the que which i held on for, then it happened again. I still was on the phone and then its started to ring as if the call was going to be answered. It kept ringing for around 5min and no one answered. So now what do i do with a phone that needs repairs, as it is clear now that virgin mobile refuse to answer the calls. Regret going with virgin mobile.
