This is now a week later after complaining about the wrong phone received by Virgin Mobile on this site. Still NO feedback from virgin mobile!! I will not pay my account the end of Oct 2013 until this is sorted!! Virgin mobile's customer service is the worst I have ever encountered from any company so far!! My next complaint will be to the Ombutsman and then I will get the newspapers involved!
