Hi I come to this site out of desperation, since November 2013 I have been trying to sort out my Vodacom NO SERVICE issue with them, and since to date I have not received any joy from this company, they are very quick to send people summons letters if you want to stop your debit order, but they cannot sort out their problems. I have a business package with them, and can`t even do business on this phone, I always have to phone back 3/4 times to finish a conversation, on my expense not theirs, not even talking about the amount of business we are losing because customers can`t reach us. Our phones batteries drain within 4-5 hours because its constantly searching for signal. Every time we log a compliant its 45-60 min on the phone, re telling the story every time and then, Sir we will contact Vodacom, and get back to you... and nothing happens further. Try and speak to a Manager, they are never there.!!! Paying for a service that I cannot Use, and hearing excuses that its Vodacom and not Auto Page, They have the monopoly in South Africa and probably making millions a day with all of this so why would they bother sorting out hundreds of unhappy customers problems?
