VODACOM MUST GO TO!!!

I have had problems with my new contract since January 2013. I have been in the store more than 10 times and have waited in queues for HOURS, telling my story to how many people... phoning in to customer care only to be told to return to the store where the contract was taken out... promises, promises, no returning of my calls... kilometres of driving up and down and fuel wasted... hundreds of rands airtime, waisted (suppose it is the trick of Vodacom to make money)... NOBODY CARES... so many unhappy, unsatisfied customers in the store... NOBODY CARES... I'm NOT going back to that sore... I will have a stroke!!!

Somebody must PLEASE sort this out... I am furious and had it with VODACOM!!!
