S4 battery issues

Yesterday I visited vodacom with two s4 batteries in hand. These batteries are both out of s4 phones that seem to have the same defect. Upon searching on the Internet Google released a article saying this is a fault in the s4 and it will be replaced via samsung. This is a visible defect with very defining symptoms but do you think I can get the battery replaced on the spot in a swift movement. No! Both phones are used for a business. I cannot even check them in for two hours as advised because the contain critical information. Not only this but they now want to restore the phone back to factory settings. This will cause me to lose valuable information as well as emails, contacts and business documents.

Samsung kies does not back up every single thing on the phone and this has happened to me before. People like us should have the option of a factory format. Because it impacts business proceedings for us!

We are now because of this having to buy two new vatteries at a cost of 300rand each! Just to save us from losing our business information! It is ridiculous how Vodacom cannot consider this as a valid reason as you can visibly see the battery is damaged!!
