We recently purchased a new vodacom contract for 2 x Samsung galaxy S4 cellphones, we received our phones my S4 works like a dream but my husbands does not we have been in contact with the call centers and nothing has been done about sorting out this issue and the attitude is one of we don't really care as we now have your money so off. we have been to 2 vodacom outlets to try and sort out this issue and guess what same attitude. i have been promise that someone will get back to me to sort out this isue but i think i have a better chance of winning the lotto than vodacom actually sorting this issue out for me or even caring as they supposedly claim that they do about their customers which is a load of bull as they don't no matter what has been said . so to anyone reading this there are so many other providers out there, MTN, CellC, even telkom whose service is far better than vodacom's is as vodacom don't care and are not interested. so to vodacom please be advised these phones are 2 days old not working and not getting sorted out so here's the challenge someone phone me and sort it out. better not hold my breath on that one. time to cancel some contracts i think!!!
