BAD SERVICE- STILL NO FEEDBACK

I have to say I just had it with vodacom!! The service that you get is really shocking! Vodacom is really quick to cut a persons phone if you dont pay, but I have been trying to sort out my account to pay for the last 6 days! WHICH they. They have upgrade 3 of my numbers with bigger package deals, without our consent! I have send the necessary paper work through to them already on mail on Monday for power of atourney to work on my husbands account, and they have confirmed via email that they did receive it, YET I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE that they need to speak to my husband before they can speak to me! Why did we do all the trouble with the paperwork!! I was on the phone with Nikwe yesterday for 40min - when I said I want written confirmation from her that my accounts has been changed back to the orginal package and confirming that I wont be penalised for their mess up- she puts the phone down in my ear! HOW RUDE CAN YOU GET!!! I have spend more than 5 hours on the phone with vodacom and my account is still not resolved!! And i am not going to pay for upgrades on which I did not agree!! They say the whole time that a consultant will phone in 24 hours - NOBODY PHONES BACK!!!
